Abu Dhabi’s AI sector grew 61% year-on-year from June 2023 to June 2024, reaching 673 companies, making it the fastest-growing AI ecosystem in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). In the first half of 2025, 150 new AI firms launched, with over 58% focused on innovation, research, and consultancy. Growth is driven by strategic investments, advanced infrastructure, and adoption across sectors like healthcare, logistics, finance, and education. Key institutions and the Abu Dhabi Chamber’s 2025–2028 roadmap are supporting further expansion and global market connections.
